The Original stands as our most exquisite blend, meticulously crafted through the slow roasting of select Arabica origins sourced from Central and South America, as well as Central Africa. Notably, the Maragogype beans, often referred to as ‘elephant’ beans, contribute to its distinct profile. Delicate and aromatic, with a moderate acidity, it reveals subtle notes of red fruits, amaretto, and caramel. The cup boasts a rich and enduring crema, elevated by the inclusion of Indian Robusta, which also imparts a milk chocolate and licorice aftertaste.
