GRYPHON Straits Chai Black Tea

Marsala Chai is a traditional spiced tea from the Indian continent. Chai is available wherever people gather, such as trains, bus stations and marketplaces. The chai vendors (chai wallahs) brew their black tea in large kettles over charcoal fire. Chai is then served in an unglazed terra cotta pot or saucer called “kullarh”
